Section 81
Presence of Prad Vivak
(1) In every General Military Court, Summary General Military Court and District Military Court, a Prad Viwak or a Prad Viwak assigned or appointed by the Prad Viwak shall appear as a Prad Viwak.
(2) If the accused who has been charged with any crime requests the defense branch of the military court to appoint a military officer of his choice to defend him in a military court, the military commander shall appoint a military officer. If a Prad officer is assigned in this way, such Prad officer will defend the accused in the military court.
